These general terms and conditions of sale govern all relations between PecheUnivers SARL, publisher of the site http://www.peche-leurre-evolution.com/en whose registered office is at 4 rue du Peyrou 11130 Sigean (FRANCE), SIREN 992069369, and its clients.

The website http://www.peche-leurre-evolution.fr/com is the property of PecheUnivers SARL in its entirety, as well as all related rights.

Product description

The photographs and videos illustrating the products do not fall within the contractual scope. If, despite all our precautions, errors have been introduced, the responsibility of PecheUnivers SARL cannot be engaged.

Order

The order is subject to a summary listing all the products selected by the customer who validates it:

Confirmation of order placement

- www.peche-leurre-evolution.fr/com confirms the acceptance of their order to the customer according to one of the following means of their choice: email, phone, fax or mail. The sale will only be concluded upon confirmation of the order by www.peche-leurre-evolution.fr/com.

- www.peche-leurre-evolution.fr/com reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, in particular regarding the supply of products, a problem concerning the readability of the received order, an abnormal order or a foreseeable problem regarding the delivery to be made.

- www.peche-leurre-evolution.fr/com undertakes to inform the client by any means and as soon as possible.

Product availability

Almost all of the products presented on the site www.peche-leurre-evolution.fr/com are available at our premises or in the process of delivery. However, if it turns out that an item is out of stock or no longer supplied by the supplier, or for any other exceptional condition, PecheUnivers SARL reserves the right to cancel the order.

The order is subject to the availability of the product at the supplier. The company PecheUnivers SARL cannot commit to having all the references in stock or available.

If one of the products ordered is not available, PecheUnivers SARL undertakes to contact the buyer within 15 days from the date of order in order to inform him how soon and under what conditions this product can be delivered.

Dispute

This contract is subject to French law. The company PecheUnivers SARL cannot be held liable for damages of any nature, whether material or immaterial or bodily, that may result from misuse or operation of the products. The same applies to any changes made by the product manufacturers.

The liability of PecheUnivers SARL shall, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and may not be called into question for simple errors or omissions that might have occurred despite all precautions taken in the presentation of products.

It is recalled that the search for an amicable solution will always be privileged. Complaints or disputes will always be received with kindness, good faith being always presumed in the one who takes the trouble to expose his situation.

In the event of a dispute, the client will first contact Société Pêche-Leurre-Evolution to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the Commercial Court is the only competent, regardless of the place of delivery and the method of payment accepted.

Reservation of ownership

PecheUnivers SARL retains ownership of the goods sold until full payment of their price in principal and interest. The mere issue of a payment voucher does not constitute a payment. In the absence of a full settlement, the company PecheUnivers SARL will be entitled to demand the immediate return of the goods sold. The costs that may be incurred for the collection of sums due, capital and interest, as well as the costs that may be incurred for the return of the goods sold, are the responsibility of the customer.

Guarantee

The technical goods benefit from the manufacturers' general warranty against any manufacturing defect or hidden defect.

Wear and tear due to the normal operation of the goods, abnormal wear resulting from improper use, poor maintenance or disassembly or repair by the customer or a third party of these goods are automatically excluded from this warranty. The final invoice is proof of warranty voucher.

With the agreement of PecheUnivers SARL, the customer must obligatorily send the defective goods accompanied by the final invoice at his expense.
